Wrote a short review on Paraneoplastic Limbic Encephalitis (PLE) - I'm glad that it's published in the latest issue of Clinical Medicine Journal. I came across a case of PLE 2 years ago when I was in Taiping - a case of a young lady with neuropsychiatric symptoms which remained diagnostically challenging - until we found out that she had ovarian teratoma - which was so small that not even
