Day 1 of Life

I had my day one. First day of tagging in my first posting. Ohya by the way, i'm posted to MEDICAL UNIT. So for those who know, you should be able to imagine how it's like. Non-stop. Reached the ward at 6.30am, start off with blood taking, review the patients in your cubicle, then ward round starts at 8am. After round is ward work, man the documentation is overwhelming.
